42 apps, one organization
Run your whole business on one suite.
RIO brings what you would otherwise piece together from a dozen separate tools into one place: CRM, projects with sprints, HR and payroll, invoices and accounting, help desk and more, all sharing the same people and the same data.
Why RIO
One sign-in
Every app sits behind the same account. Switch from a deal to a sprint to a payslip without logging in again.
Data that moves on its own
Apps hand work to each other through events, so a record entered once shows up where it is needed next.
Roles, not workarounds
Give each person a role. They see only the apps and records it allows, checked on the server every time.
Honest about limits
Where something needs a provider RIO does not have yet, such as sending email or taking card payments, the app says so plainly.
The suite
Every team, one product
These apps are in RIO today. Each one opens from the same app launcher.

Platform
How it works
One sign-in, one organization, shared data
- 01
Create your organization
Sign up and name your organization. You are its owner.
- 02
Invite people with roles
Add colleagues, customers, vendors and partners. Each role decides which apps they see.
- 03
Work across apps
Records flow between apps through events, so nobody types the same thing twice.
What “apps share data” means in practice
RecruitPeople
A hired candidate joins People
Once their offer is accepted, mark the candidate hired and the recruiter adds them in People. The record is not created automatically yet.
FinancePayroll
An approved expense is paid through payroll
The claim is added to the next pay run, and Finance marks it reimbursed when the run is paid.
CRMFinance
A CRM account fills an invoice
Pick the customer’s account and their details come across. The customer sees the invoice in their portal.
PayrollBooks
A paid pay run reaches the ledger
Each paid run arrives in Books as a draft journal entry. The accountant enters the totals and posts it.
Point of saleInventory
A sale at the till moves stock
Point of sale takes items out of the register’s warehouse, and returns put them back.
BookingsCalendar
A booking lands on the calendar
Appointments customers book on your page appear on your staff’s RIO calendar.
Security and multi-tenancy
Built for many organizations on one installation
Many businesses can share one RIO installation without seeing each other’s data. Every change that matters records an audit event in the same transaction as the change.
How RIO protects your dataEach organization is sealed off
Every record carries its organization, and every database query is scoped to it.
Permissions on the server
Access is decided by the API on every request, never by what the browser shows.
Careful sign-in
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions live in HTTP-only cookies and repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down.
Secrets stay secret
Vault encrypts passwords on your device; RIO stores only the encrypted data.
Planning a switch?
There is no automatic import from other tools yet. Compare plans and see what each app covers before you move.
Bring the whole business into one place
Create your organization, invite your team and start with the apps you need. No card required.
